Produced by the Public Information Officers Council (PIOC) , an Alliance for Higher Education advisory group, this guide provides an example of the quality and expertise of the faculty and staff at Alliance member colleges and universities.  Please note: This is not a comprehensive listing.  In order to make this electronic publication practical, PIOC members selected only a sampling of experts from each of their campuses.
