PROJECT AND RISK MANAGEMENT Vernell Guest Focuses on specific concepts, techniques and tools
for managing projects successfully. Network planning techniques, resource allocation, models for multiproject scheduling, methods of controlling costs, determining schedules and performance parameters. The
basics of risk management are discussed including hard analysis, risk analysis, risk control, and risk financing. The focus of the course is to integrate risk assessment with managerial decision making.
