As a not-for-profit (501.c.3), non-governmental agency, the Alliance for Higher Education relies upon a distinguished Board of Trustees to provide governance and several advisory groups to
provide direction and guidance.
Board of Trustees
To accomplish the academic, educational and corporate goals of the Alliance requires a Board of diverse backgrounds, experience and
expertise. The work and governance of the Alliance is directed by a 26-member Board of Trustees which is comprised of respected and influential business executives, college and university presidents and other civic
leaders.
Providing guidance for specific academic and corporate programs respectively, the Alliance Council of Presidents (COP) and the Council of Business and Industry Executives
(COBIE) are just two of several advisory groups utilized by the Alliance to ensure well-defined services for its membership.
