If you are on a low-speed telephone line, downloads take quite a while and you are probably better off to order the product on CD. This is not free; instructions and price are on the vendors' page.

Once you get your browser, please note that the video on this site is designed for customers who have at least a 56Kbps (ISDN) telephone line.  If you have a lower speed line, you will be able to hear the class well, but the video will be intermittent.
